This store location was opened in December of 2020 as a partnership with the family owned and West Virginia-based company Country Roads Cannabis. We work with serveral of the best hemp companies in the nation to offer pure, potent, and federally legal THC and CBD products. Through our product partnerships and our excellent in-store customer service, we provide our customers in Burlington, New Jersey with a trustworthy local source for any THC, CBD, or other hemp products.

While we love helping our customers in-store, you can also purchase your items online and we will get them packed up and ready for you to pick up.
All orders placed on this site are pickup orders to be picked up at our location in Burlington, New Jersey. Orders placed on this site may not be picked up at any other Nurse CBD or Nurse Wellness locations.
